Ugandan Olympian Rebecca Cheptegei set on fireplace in obvious gender-based assault

Ugandan distance runner Rebecca Cheptegei is in intensive care in Kenya after her boyfriend doused her in petrol and set her on fireplace. She reportedly sustained 80% burns within the assault. Our analyst says it is a part of an epidemic of gender-based violence in Africa.
