Two years after the Pretoria agreements ended the Tigray struggle, what’s the state of affairs on the bottom? Whereas the peace deal referred to as for Eritrean troops to withdraw, Eritrea by no means signed it, and lots of border areas stay occupied. These residing there really feel deserted.
