France returns fighter jets from Chad, marking begin of army withdrawal

France has withdrawn two parplanes that had been based mostly in N’Djamena, two weeks after Chad declared it was ending its decades-long army cooperation with France. Whereas this marks the beginning of a brand new chapter, the ultimate circumstances of the withdrawal and whether or not any French troops will stay has but to be agreed upon.
