Paramilitary Fast Help Forces (RSF) chief Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo is keen to discover avenues in the direction of a “peaceable, negotiated political answer” to the devastating battle with the Sudanese military by means of proposed US-mediated talks in Switzerland on August 14.
