Ugandan courtroom convicts LRA insurgent commander of warfare crimes in landmark trial

Former Lord’s Resistance Military (LRA) insurgent commander Thomas Kwoyelo was discovered responsible of 44 offences, together with crimes in opposition to humanity, on Tuesday in Uganda’s first trial of an LRA member, marking a historic second for the East African nation.
