Chad urges worldwide group to spice up assist after Boko Haram assault

After Chadian president Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno on Monday despatched safety forces in pursuit of the Boko Haram jihadists behind Sunday’s assault that killed 40 Chadian troopers, the landlocked nation’s authorities appealed for the worldwide group to “intensify” its assist for counter-terrorism measures within the Sahel area.
