Mali’s army junta has appointed Normal Abdoulaye Maïga as Prime Minister to exchange Choguel Kokalla Maïga, who was sacked after criticizing the vagueness of the army’s departure date. Normal Maïga was till then authorities spokesman. Story by Camille Nedelac and Vedika Bahl.
