Nigeria’s Port Harcourt refinery has lastly resumed its operations after being out of motion for a couple of years, bringing hope for tens of millions of small firms. After the tip of gasoline subsidies and several other liberal reforms launched by President Bola Tinubu’s administration, inflation has skyrocketed and tens of millions of small and medium firms needed to shut their doorways.
