US airstrike in Somalia kills two Al-Shabaab members, together with prime commander

The US army mentioned Thursday it carried out an airstrike in southern Somalia, killing two members of the Al-Qaeda-linked Al-Shabaab group, together with a senior commander. The strike, performed in coordination with Somalia’s federal authorities, focused an space southwest of Quyno Barrow on Tuesday, based on US Africa Command (AFRICOM).
