In jap Democratic Republic of Congo, fierce combating continues to be raging between the military and M23 rebels. They’ve been combating significantly within the Masisi and Lubero areas of North Kivu. The Congolese military says it has launched a counteroffensive, after the M23 captured the strategic city of Masisi.
