Two explosions at a gathering in Bukavu organised by the AFC insurgent alliance that features the M23 armed group killed a minimum of 11 individuals and wounded round 60, in line with a hospital supply. The assembly happened within the jap Congo metropolis of Bukavu, which was captured in latest weeks by Rwanda-backed M23 fighters.
