Sudan military says retakes key buildings in central Khartoum

Sudan’s navy stated Saturday it seized a number of key buildings in central Khartoum, together with the central financial institution, from the paramilitary Speedy Assist Forces, following its recapture of the presidential palace. The military and allied armed teams retook the presidential palace on Friday from the RSF, which retaliated with a drone strike that killed three journalists and a number of other military personnel.
