In DR Congo, President Felix Tshisekedi has visited these left homeless by floods within the capital over the weekend. Heavy rains have killed greater than 30 folks and precipitated widespread destruction. Kinshasa is vulnerable to frequent and lethal flooding throughout the wet season, which is especially harmful for low-income neighbourhoods.
