Kansas City, Kansas, is gearing up for a summer full of World Cup watch parties and street festivals.Visit KCK and the Unified Government of Wyandotte County announced plans for nine “Kick It in KCK” watch parties at historic Memorial Hall, along with several “One World Wyandotte Street Festival” events downtown.The free events will center around FIFA World Cup 26 matches and international soccer friendlies, with broadcasts in both English and Spanish.Most of the events will take place around 7th Street and Memorial Hall in downtown Kansas City, Kansas.Five dates will also feature the One World Wyandotte Street Festival, which will include food trucks, vendors, live entertainment, and cultural activities.Inside Memorial Hall, matches will air on a large projection screen and LED displays.
